A passionate advocate for early childhood education, Carmen has dedicated her career to nurturing the minds of young learners. As a wife and mother of three girls, she brings a wealth of personal experience and expertise to her work. With a background in Early Childhood Education, Carmen has taught for 9 years, honing her skills in creating dynamic, engaging learning environments that inspire curiosity and growth. Today, she continues to champion the importance of early childhood development, driven by her unwavering commitment to empowering the next generation.

Emily Dowless
Emily is a wife and mother to three girls. She is a certified Early Childhood Administrator and has her master’s in business administration. Emily is very active in the community and for years has witnessed the substantial, growing need for early childhood education in Bladen County. She is excited to bring high quality, faith based child care to the community and is looking forward to making a positive impact on the children and families enrolled in Bladen Early Learning Center.
